Our plans are finalized! I have mentioned before that Mallory and I are going to review Cathay Pacific Business class. We will have to opportunity to fly on both their 777 and A330 products between LAX and HKG, then HKG to MLE respectively. On our way back we are going to review American Airlines’ first class product from Seoul, South Korea to Dallas.

Mallory is in school to be an Occupational Therapist and this trip covers both her spring break and my birthday. We will be staying 5 nights at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and 2 nights at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers. 24,387 miles + 3 countries + ~53 hours in the air = The most ridiculous spring break trip ever, and I cannot be more excited!
Going more than halfway around the world!
I’ll write up a summary of the booking and the trip along with reviews of the planes and service, the hotels, and a surprise restaurant review! Hopefully by then I will have figured out how to set up trip galleries to share our pictures with you too!
